My brother install game and he registered his account with ''Fianna_Mount_Blade_ID_Register'' and when I want now to register my account, it says that it is already registered to my brother's account. How I log out my brother and register my account? Reinstall game didn't help.

Better use your brother password, or let him change it to password you want, so you can play from his account.
